Our story

Copper Kettle Coffee Co.

Copper Kettle Coffee Co. was born from a love of family, good coffee, and the traditions passed down through generations. Our ancestors taught us to appreciate the simple things: working hard, welcoming people around the table, sharing a conversation, and making others feel at home.

Inspired by the generations before us and the Kentucky roots we’re proud to carry forward, we wanted to create something of our own that honors where we came from while giving us something to build for the generations after us.

Meet Kimberly Vinglinsky

For me, this business is about more than coffee. It’s about family, memories, and the things that make a place feel like home. I’ve always loved the stories, traditions, and hardworking spirit passed down through the generations, and I wanted to build something that carried a little bit of that with it.

From the beginning, I wanted Copper Kettle to feel warm, welcoming, and familiar, like stopping by your favorite little neighborhood spot.
